ABC Laser Engraving Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before using this site.
U.S. SALES
ABC Laser Engraving sells and ships products only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. No shipments can be made to APO or FPO addresses, United States. For military purchase we can ship to your point-of-forward without guarantee. It is customer RESPONSIBILITY for any export and import duty fee that may occurs.
International Use
Our office is located in the United States and with third party server, so your information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in the United States. While the data protection, privacy, and other laws of the United States might not be as comprehensive as those in your country, we take many steps to protect your privacy, including offering a data processing agreement for European Union (“EU”) customers.
Although, we don’t sell to European countries to comply with EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Standard Contractual Clauses to establish the respective responsibilities between the ABC Laser Engraving customer (as the data controller) and ABC Laser Engraving itself (as the data processor). If GDPR is applies to you and you are not agree with our terms and conditions, please leave the site immediately.
By using the Services, you understand and consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of your information to our facilities in the United States and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this policy.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We will accept a return within 30 days from the day of purchased with 25% restocking fee. Any product return to ABC Laser Engraving is require Return Material Authorization (RMA) and must be packed in the original package, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manual, documentation, and registration material that were shipping with the product. The product must be returned to ABC Laser Engraving within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA.
Please note that ABC Laser Engraving does not permit the return of the following products:
- Product that is custom-configured to your specifications
- Special Order
- Electronic Software Downloads
NOTE: ABC Laser Engraving recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to ABC Laser Engraving or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace. SHIPPING OR FREIGHT CHARGE IS NON-REFUNDABLE
CANCELLATION
Order for stock items can be cancelled up to 48 hours after your order has been placed as long as the item has not be packaged, crated and/ or shipped from the factory. Customized order CANNOT be cancelled once placed, this is no exception.
CUSTOM CONFIGURED PRODUCT
We are pleased to offer product which is custom configured to your specifications, and encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is built to your specifications, the order can not be changed, modified or canceled once your order is in production.
SALES TAX
ABC Laser Engraving will include sales tax based on the ship-to location and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of shipping. If the sales tax rate for the state in which your order is shipping changes before the product is shipped, the new tax rate in effect at the time of shipping will apply. The proof of purchase that ABC Laser Engraving mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.
TAX-EXEMPT ORDERS
If your order is being placed on behalf of a tax-exempt organization, you can request that your terms account be set up as tax exempt. Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is shipping (i.e. copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate or Letter). The organization name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. Federal tax exemption certificates are not accepted.
DELIVERY
NEVER SIGN FOR ANY PACKAGE BEFORE YOU INSPECT IT. You must look at the package(s) to see if there is any damage. We recommend that you open each package regardless of the exterior of the carton(s) look like since there can be concealed damage. Once you signed for package(s) it becomes your sole responsibility. If the driver will not let you open the package(s) then fully inspect the outside of each carton and note any damages on the bill of landing such as the following: “Driver would not allow inspection prior to signing”. If there is sign of damage it is your discrete to received the package(s) or refuse it. If you are intentionally refused the shipment you are RESPONSIBLE for any additional shipping fee that may occurs. However, the damaged is too obvious please document as much as possible including taking pictures if it is necessary and refuse the shipment and call us immediately. All damages claims must be fill within 48 hours of delivery. No claim can be processed after that time. IF YOU DO NOT MAKE NOTE OF DAMAGES ON THE DELIVERY TICKETS OR FOLLOW OUR GUIDE LINES, IT BECOMES YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY AND IT IT UP TO YOU TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All ABC Laser Engraving, LLC hardware and software products, including clearance and refurbished products are carry Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Note: Products sold by ABC Laser Engraving, LLC which do not bear the ABC Laser Engraving, LLC Brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions package with the products. ABC Laser Engraving, LLC is Limited Warranty doe snot apply to products that are not ABC Laser Engraving, LLC-Branded, even if packaged os sold with ABC Laser Engraving, LLC products.
BINDING AGREEMENT
By accessing this Website, you agree that these Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you, and ABC Laser Engraving, LLC (ABC LASER ENGRAVING). If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, do not use this Website. ABC LASER ENGRAVING reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time; accordingly, you should review these Terms and Conditions each time you view the Website. Your continued use of this Website signifies that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as they may be amended.
